This 8-bedroom, new construction, desert retreat is the perfect convergence of modern comfort + the natural beauty of Joshua Tree. Each of the eight bedrooms is thoughtfully designed with spa-inspired bathrooms, comfortable king beds, smart TVs, and sliding glass doors leading to the many exterior patios. The property features two pools, hot tubs, gas firepits, a grill and a game room.

Sarah Mangelson

Sarah (@thecoastalyogi) is a Boston-based yoga + fitness instructor who is an instructor + Lead Trainer at Studio78. She is the founder of the Coastal Method, a hub for virtual fitness offerings + teacher trainings, and she is an E-RYT 500 with additional certifications in Yoga Sculpt, Yin Yoga, Primordial Sound Meditation + Personal Training. Sarah’s passion for travel led her to attending her first retreat as a participant in 2016. Since then she has led/co-led over 25 retreats! Sarah’s mission is to inspire yogis coast to coast through her in-person + virtual classes, trainings and retreats.

  • We will be sending out flight suggestions for both LAX and Palm Springs airports.

  • Absolutely! You can book a Private Room or if you’re looking to share a room, you can select a Shared Room + we can assign you a roommate!

  • Yes! Once you make your $500 deposit, you will be sent a variety of payment plan options ranging from 1-6 monthly payments leading up to the trip. All payments must be complete by March 17th, 2027.

  • Nope! We’ve had several participants in the past who had never done yoga before.

  • Typical meals are brunch and dinner prepared by our private chef. We will also be doing one dinner out at Pappy + Harriet’s

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

    After January 1st, 2027 all remaining payments are non-refundable.

    We HIGHLY recommend obtaining travel insurance. You can reach out to Sarah directly for a quote.

  • You can expect to travel with 10-12 other like minded individuals!

  • The age minimum is 21 years old.

  • Some of the additional activities available in the area are massages (able to be booked on site for an additional fee), hiking in Joshua Tree National Park and visiting Pioneertown. There will be be free time in the itinerary that you are welcome to fill with any of these activities.
